The PYFL League is proud to announce the addition of Middle School Football!

Effective May 1, 2010, all youth football grades 2-8 will be sponsored by Portland Youth Football League. Your child's perspective school team will no longer be available. As before our mission remains the same. We want to ensure that our children have the opportunity to develop their skills to their maximum ability and provide them with a strong, healthy level of competition they deserve. PYFL is committed to giving your child the best possible experience.

PYFL in conjunction with SMYFL will provide an 8-10 game schedule plus play-offs. Your child will now have the same opportunity to play the towns in this division, exposing them to the competition they will meet at the high school level. Biddeford, Bonny Eagle, Gorham, Kennebunk, Kittery, Marshwood, Massabesic, Noble, Saco, Sanford, Scarborough, South Portland, Westbrook, Wells, Windham, York, are the teams in this division.

We will begin the registration process on May 10th at Longfellow from 5:30 to 7:30 and then again on May 19th at Lyman Moore Middle School from 5:30 to 7:30. Registration forms are also available on line. The football season for middle school students will begin after August 1st.  Stay tuned for more information to come.
